Located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Barone and Sons Appraisers has been a family owned and operated company for 102 years. Our company has 8 Pennsylvania Certified Licensed Appraisers including 1 General Appraiser and 2 SRA designations. Our office runs smoothly with the support of our wonderful staff comprised of 7 administrative assistants and 3 appraiser trainees. We offer residential appraisal services for the following counties: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland for conventional, FHA and VA loans, and general purpose appraisals. Appraisals can be ordered for various reasons, including but not limited to tax appeals, equitable distribution, sale purposes, refinances, new construction loans, renovations/203K, estates, relocations, and asset valuation. We partner with many lenders and vendors as well as working with private individuals to provide professional appraisal reports that comply with industry standards.
